On 31st October, 2014, Fr. Blaise inaugurated the International Movement of Catholic Students (IMCS)- Pax Romana. The short but impressive event was chaired by Academic Dean, Very Rev. Fr. Of the African Centre for Human Development, and a past national officer of Pax Romana delivered the keynote address on the theme: the Role of the catholic Tertiary Student in Contemporary Ghanaian Discourse.
